Tropical Storm Debby lashed Florida with heavy rain, causing historic flooding in parts of the state, before weakening to a depression.
As Tropical Storm Debby moves slowly eastward, approaching land, it's bringing flooding and high winds across the Florida Panhandle and western coast.
