With a Powerball jackpot at $325 million, Jesse Shobe figured he'd try his luck, buying a $2 ticket at Shorty's Food Mart in the 2200 block of Dixie Highway. “I just did it off instinct,” said Shobe, an apartment complex maintenance worker.
